These Terms and Conditions, and the agreement they create, shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (without applying the state's conflict-of-law principles). If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. JustiCorp may modify these Terms and Conditions, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you. This is the entire agreement regarding all the matters that have been discussed in the preceding paragraphs.
General Privacy Statement
Except as specified below in the On-Line Applicant Privacy Statement and the On-Line Business Information Privacy Statement, JustiCorp does not collect personal information through the Site. Unsolicited e-mails and information sent to JustiCorp will not be considered confidential, and may be disclosed to others. Nevertheless, in addition to information JustiCorp collects through its on-line recruiting tool, sponsored by Contingent Talent Management, JustiCorp may collect non-personally identifiable information about you in connection with your use of the Site such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser software, the duration of your visit to the Site, and the domain of the site from which you arrived at the Site. In addition, JustiCorp may use cookies and tracking technologies to allow it to track the actions of users of the Site. JustiCorp may also aggregate such information about you with similar data collected from other users of the Site. JustiCorp uses such information to help diagnose server problems, administer the Site, gather broad demographic information and generate user statistics.

Because we gather certain types of information about applicants, we want to help you understand the terms and conditions surrounding the collection and use of that information. This policy applies to the Company’s recruiting tool, sponsored by Contingent Talent Management, that you were using when you clicked through to this link. This policy does not apply to any other site that we own or operate.
The Information That We Collect About You. If you are interested in a job at Company and you choose to submit your resume, name, contact information and other details to us, we will use that information and any subsequent data that we obtain for recruiting and reporting purposes only. We will retain your information for a reasonable period of time for our own internal recordkeeping purposes (as well as for recruiting and reporting purposes) and consistent with applicable state and federal law. If you have any questions, would like to access the information that has been collected about you through the Contingent Talent Management link, or wish the Company to update, modify, or delete your profile, please email [email protected].
How We May Share Your Information. We may contract with third-party providers, from time to time, to help us maintain and manage our databases and to communicate with applicants. We do not authorize those providers to make any other use of your information, nor do we permit them to disclose your information without our prior consent. There may be special circumstances where we may disclose your information, most notably:
- If we are required by law, such as when we respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process;
- If we believe that your actions violate applicable laws, or threaten the rights, property, or safety of our Company or others;
- If we sell some or all of our business, we may disclose all of the information that we have collected about you to a purchaser or, in due diligence, to a potential purchaser.
Third-Party Sites. As stated above, this Policy is for the Company’s recruiting tool sponsored by Contingent Talent Management that you were using when you clicked through to this link. This Policy does not apply to any other site that we own or operate. Our other sites have their own privacy policies. In addition, our recruiting tool via Contingent Talent Management may contain links to third-party sites. Your use of each of those sites is subject to the conditions, if any, that each of those sites has posted. We have no control over sites that are not ours, and we are not responsible for any changes to, or content on, them. Our inclusion on our sites of any third-party content, or a link to a third-party site, is not an endorsement of that content or third-party site.
